3. Where Are You Located and What Are Your Hours?
Our clinic is conveniently located in Unicentro Shopping Center at Carrera 100 #5-169, Oasis Building, 3rd Floor, Office 308, in Cali, Colombia. We are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Saturdays. We are closed for services on Sundays.

Before visiting us for your procedure, you must consult our dermatology team in a dedicated one-on-one consultation session. To schedule your consultation, you can contact us via WhatsApp or fill out our online contact form. Alternatively, you can call our office during business hours. Our team responds promptly to inquiries and will schedule an appointment that fits your schedule. Please note that we also welcome international patients for consultations.
If you wish to cancel your appointment, please let us know in a timely manner so we may reschedule it (if necessary) and assign your now-available slot to someone else.
7. What Can I Expect During My Consultation?
Our dermatologists will evaluate your skin thoroughly during your consultation and discuss the treatment you wish to pursue. Some procedures might be more effective for you than others. However, we can only recommend the ideal procedure after your in-person consultation.
